MISSON STATEMENT
Whether I am coordinating on top of the Rockefeller Center, in a Miami ballroom, or in your Aunt Linda’s backyard, I work until my job is done.
And my job is not done until I see you —two hands in the air — belting “Pink Pony Club,” and I am running out an ice cold glass of water and fresh flute of champagne to you on the dance floor.
My job is not done until you are about to walk down the aisle, calm, thinking only about the love of your life at the end. Because you know the details are handled.
My job is not done until you turn to me and say “What’s Next?” because despite the months of planning, the million decisions, the many many spreadsheets, you are too high on love, too full of joy, too alive to remember anything except this moment:
Your dream day, unfolding around you, like magic.

ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Caroline!
Born and raised in Colorado, I started planning events professionally right out of college (where I studied stage management & design) but actually started planning events when I was seven-years-old and pulling fabric swatches from Joanne’s for my “Life in Pink & Green” birthday party.
I love events because I love spectacle and ritual, not because they look good on Instagram, but because they are foundational for community.
Weddings are one-night-only, communal commitments to love and be loved, to dance, to cheer, to surround a couple with as much good will & good wishes as possible. Weddings are — at their best — complete and total euphoria.
With over 150 weddings under my belt, I can confidently say I am an expert at cultivating that feeling.
How do I do it?
Precise preparation, intentional timelines, vendor relationships, joy in service, and a million other secrets you will never know, but definitely feel.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Day-of Coordination is the Day-Of, On-Site management and execution of a wedding day. I keep track of all the details, items and special moments, so you, your family, and your wedding party can be fully present.
Perfect Day-Of execution begins, first, with precise prep work. I come in five months before a wedding day to begin reviewing your plans, confirming details with vendors, creating a detailed timeline (with a focus on flow and guest experience) and manage all logistics. On the wedding day, I oversee the schedule, coordinate vendors, wrangle family, answer a million questions, direct guests, set up personal items, bustle dresses, cue toasts, send VIPs down the aisle, and become a couple’s go-to advocate and best friend.
Day-Of Coordination differs from Partial or Full Planning in a few key ways: I do not select your vendors or participate in their contracting process (always happy to provide recs tho!). I do not attend your vendor meetings, but instead collect the key info. I do not manage your vendor deadlines, invitations, RSVPs, outfit fittings, license appointments or trials/tastings (but am happy to answer questions you may have on these items!).

Travel Fees and Hotel Accommodations may apply for weddings more than 50 miles from Times Square, but will be confirmed and discussed prior to signing.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of coordinating weddings that reflect the rich diversity of cultures and faiths around the world. From Jewish, Catholic, Greek Orthodox, Christian, Hindu, and Buddhist ceremonies to Traditional Chinese, Korean, Persian, and multicultural celebrations, I take pride in learning about and honoring each couple’s traditions.
